Important when ordering gift vouchers

When you buy a gift voucher for someone special, you receive an email that contains a unique voucher code that they can use at the checkout of our online shop to redeem its value. 

You can print the email with the unique code and gift wrap it yourself or if you want to receive a physical gift voucher (as seen in the pictures), you can always leave a note at the checkout and we can arrange for you to pick it up in Antwerp. If you choose to receive a physical voucher, you will also receive the confirmation through email.

• The gift vouchers have no expiration data, you will be able to use them forever until the value is reached
• If you don't reach the full value of the gift voucher, the remaining value stays available for later purchases
• If you want to buy a gift voucher for another amount than listed, just drop us a message and we'll make it happen.
